I was upgraded to a nice size room with big beds. All the staff was helpful and accommodating, and settled my issues. It was very close to the MAGNIFICENT museum featuring the refugees to Portugal during the 2nd World War. A nearby cafe and the town centre were also conveniently located.

This hotel is a great option for a one-night stay after a long journey. Its location close to the train station and highway makes it very convenient, especially if you're traveling to or from Spain. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with big beds and even the option of a jacuzzi. Plus, the breakfast is included, so you can start your day off right without any extra cost.
All was okay, but the hairdryer could be a bit stronger.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to a railway station and the Spanish border, perfect for a city trip. the breakfast was good, particularly the strong coffee. the room service was exceptional, we ordered late-night pizza and it was crispy and delicious.
The room was quite small and had an unpleasant smell, probably due to the old carpet.
